Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7 (32-bit or 64-bit)

Establish Connection

1.  PocketControl server on Windows starts automatically when your computer starts.  You can verify its running status by starting PocketControl from its program group (Start->Programs->Senstic->PocketControl). Verify SensticPocketService is in "running" status.  Otherwise, start it.

2. Put your iPhone to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer.  To change your Wi-Fi network on the phone, go to Settings->Wi-Fi.

3. Start PocketAudio your iPhone.  PocketAudio should automatically find your computer and connect to it, and the PocketControl on your computer should show the audio data sent/received from your iPhone.

4. If PocketAudio on your iPhone cannot find your computer, check your computer firewall, and make sure both Bonjour and SensticPocketServiceWin is in the firewall exception list.

Here is the firewall setting on Windows 7's build-in firewall:

If you have using a 3rd party firewall software (such as Norton), please consult its documentation on how to add exception to the firewall.
