Based on the latest data from United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Nutrition Complete compiles the nutrition data of nearly 10,000 food items. For each food item, it lists complete nutrition data from A to Zn.

Nutrition Complete tailors the data to your specific daily calories intake and your gender/age group, so that you will know the exact percentage of the Daily Value (DV). Nutrition Complete also contains a build-in calculator to allow quick adjustment of serving size.
